World Class collection of planes! March Air Museum, built right outside of March Air Force Base is a must-see destination for aircraft enthusiasts in Southern California! It boasts over SEVENTY aircraft, with Fighters, Bombers, Attack craft, and even trainers, refuelers, and cargo aircraft! Their collection spans decades, with most American conflicts represented including WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and even a terrifying Predator Drone from the Global War on Terror. There's even a MiG Alley with actual Soviet-era fighters! There's also a couple of really rare treats, like an SR-71, a D-21 drone, and an A-9 prototype attack aircraft! Lots of uniforms and memorabilia, and museum exhibits inside the giant hangar. Services are unfortunately limited by the COVID-19 global pandemic, but the flight deck is open, and the tram tour is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Absolutely worth a day trip if you are in the area, and it's recommended to everyone even remotely interested in aviation, military or history. My random scattering of snapshot in no way do it justice. Go check it out for yourselves!

What a wonderful day we had at this museum especially walking amongst the planes outdoors. Indoors there are presentations and displays to look at with volunteers to answer questions.

Lots of fun for the whole family. I think they said there are 75 aircrafts on display. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Oh man this place is amazing. You really can feel the history in these planes. This is also a great option for those with kids during the pandemic. It's outside with lots of space to run around. I highly recommend this place.

What an amazing collection of military aircraft. The staff is extremely knowledgeable (I assume that they are retired veterans) and very helpful. The only downside to my visit was that certain areas of the museum were closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. But there is still plenty to see here. I highly recommend it!
