Great service. Love having fresh milk every few days. It's much better than supermarket. And no plastic.

Always very helpful. My husband has known the milkman for about 30 years, he’s always cheerful.

We've used them for years and they keep a good tradition going. In these days of cutting down plastic use, recycling and supporting local business, B&B Dairies should be more widely used. But they do need more public awareness to drum up business. A simple website and email address would really help.

Good reliable service by delivery agent. However I cannot give a good review about the office as much of the time they ignore the telephone & there is no message system. This company need to make vast improvements to their Customer Service if they want to grow their business!

The milk get's delivered to our house at 3am in the morning which is not only disturbing me and my family but also the rest of the road. The milkman parks his vehicle outside the house and leaves it running which at 3am in the morning, in a very quiet road, you can imagine is extremely disruptive. The other huge issue is the fact that the milk sits out from 3am until we bring it in around 6:30am. Meaning that some of the bottles have had to go straight down the sink, as the milk has already been out in the warm too long and is sour and of no use. Given all of the above we have had to cancel the delivery, which is a real shame, as we are great believers in supporting the local farms and community businesses but this just isn't a sustainable situation as it is.
