Positive: quite good, pedestrian-friendly location for an arena, about 2 km easy walk from regular trains to Dresden and Leipzig. Negative: poor air, looks a little shabby. We were there for the annual tapdancing championship, which was very well organized. Unfortunately the MC really butchered most Slavic names. It would take so little to learn how to pronounce them properly.
