Vipieris Raddei

I visited their location to inquire about a sous vide machine. They were helpful, gave me a photocopied brochure and a rough price quote. I called a few days later to order it, and was told the salesman would put together a quote and email it to me. 3 days later I called again as I never got the quote. I was told I'd get something that day. The next day I ordered the unit from an online competitor - never heard back from Crest.
