This is an amazing gym especially for people looking to transform. Trainers focus more on a balanced workout plans which includes Crossfit, weight training and cardio. I have seen incredible results in me and people around me. Pratush Sir in particular, has a lot of knowledge and very helpful & knowledgeable. I'd strongly recommend Reshape Fitness if you are planning to join a gym. Cheers!

Honest review about Reshape fitness Gym and spa. I am a member since last 4 months and I am really impressed with not only the infrastructure and amenities but the knowledge the trainers have. My trainer is working in Reshape gym from last 8 years and this guy is amazing when it comes to results. He advised me and some of my friends to stay away from any type of supplements as they are mostly adulterated.... Usually other gyms where I have been are always in a hurry to sell you harmful products like proteins, fat burners and muscle supplements.
I joined the gym in 2017, and I’m still in love with this gym, before this I have seen multiple gyms around , many are working with low quality machines and in this location I can’t see any other in the race, I have loosen 11kg in 2 months. Only with the cardio without supplement. Trainers are good, machines are good. This gym has certified trainers as well who tells u about nutrition n exercises to gain/ loose weight in a proper manner so all in all they are best in their fields n this is only gym who has this kind of attributes.
