After getting charged for the month they were closed, I called to get reimbursed for that month. This was a big deal. I had to talk to a million people to get to someone with the authority to do this and when I did and they refused. Someone named Mike A said they are not doing any refunds because they are currently renovating the gym. (So you’re taking my money during a pandemic to renovate your gym. That is in fact theft)but I didn’t freak out. I just asked to cancel my membership. He explained there was a 68 cancellation fee, which I agreed to pay to get it off my hands. 6 months later I find out I am still getting charged, and when I called they said they couldn’t do anything because their employee didn’t leave a note about cancellation in the system. Not only did this gym steal money from people on the month they were closed, they refused to even investigate into my situation, relying on a note system that clearly doesn't work. The second Mike I talked to refused to even ask Mike A about the situation, and said he can only rely on the notes. I’d definitely go to gym if you into your money being stollen from you.

Decent gym. Virtual black hole for cell signal. Still under construction (?) in the middle, so there's large tarps covering most of the that area. 10 day pass (for now, @owner please keep it this way, front desk says you're increasing it). Relatively new equipment, clean, motivational atmosphere. Front desk did not want to take the time to show me where the lying leg curl was..

They make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel easily. I had moved and had a chance to stop in and I was told I had to write a letter to cancel. They couldn’t do it in person. Now that I’ve moved even further (States away) I’m told I can cancel in person or through letter and now I’m left with the only option of a letter. Post Offices are only open when I’m working. Had they let me cancel in person (which is documented that I tried) like their policy says, I’d still have the money from it, and less stress

This gym is terrible. Before the pandemic, I moved and continued to get charged even though they were closed. I saw it on my bank statement and called to cancel my gym membership. The person I talked to on the phone said that they would take care of it and I recently got a call that they are sending my account to collections. I told them I already cancelled my gym membership and they told me they don’t do cancellations over the phone and I should pay for all this time I haven’t even been going to the gym because they never closed my account. They offered to refund me for the months where they were closed like they were doing me a favor. What a bunch of clowns. They make it very difficult and inconvenient to cancel your membership.

My husband and I made our first trip to DE this summer (Aug 2020). Since we wouldn’t be scuba diving this year (thanks Covid) I knew I needed to find a gym! So glad this fitness facility was recommended on Facebook. They followed covid safety guidelines, offered a number of classes I was interested in, both live and virtual, have friendly, professional staff and their daily/ weekly rates are very a great value! If you have a chance and are looking for a gym for your vacation, look no further than Everyone Fitness! PS- don’t skip the Spin class by Heather :)
