My kids turned me on to Phanny's breakfast burritos during their years at Redondo Union High School. The Best Breakfast Burritos around. I have enjoyed them for over 2 decades. The service is Great.

8/7/2020. Pulled in and parked in back. Got there at 7:30am. Ordered the Bacon, sausage, and ham breakfast burrito, and coffee. Waited 2 minutes for my coffee, which was very good . Waited about 10 minutes for my burrito. It was hot and wrapped in foil. When I tore the burrito in half, out came steam and cheese stretching between the two halves. There was plenty of bacon, sausage, and ham to be seen with cheese and what appeared to be hash brown potatoes. The balance was wounderful. The flavors surprising. The best breakfast burrito I have had for a long time. There is no other place I know of in Redondo Beach that does it this well. It was not a tinny burrito eather. I got fulled up. Very impressed with Phanny's. I shall return.

This is a not-so-hidden gem of the south bay. They open at 7 but there is always a solid line forming before then. I've been here multiple times; they are consistent with fast service and high quality of food. Get there early to catch the carne asada burrito with avocado before hitting the beach for the day. Be warned it is Cash only but the deliciousness is worth the extra hassle of stopping at an ATM. I've tried their coffee and fresh orange juice which are both lovely. I want to try some other dishes!

We live in Redondo Beach and decided to give this place a try. My partner and I ordered two breakfast burritos. My partner asked for grilled onions on hers. When she got home it was a whole half of raw onion in her burrito. By the time she pulled all the onion out , it was nothing left and they are not cheap like the menu online says. It was 18 for two burritos and mine was 80% potatoes.. It was disgusting.. Never again!!
