I bought my very first Ducati at Ducati Redmond, a 2019 Supersport S. I worked with Trace and Cameron. They are both very nice to work with and provided excellent customer service. Cameron worked with me to not only get me a good deal on the bike but also the best financing option. I'm very happy. In addition, Ducati Redmond is a very nice store. It is very clean and they have an excellent inventory. They also have really nice riding gear. I would recommend Ducati Redmond to new or repeat Ducati customers.

It appears you need to look like you have money to get these people to help you. Go Japanese or American way better bikes for the dollar. Limited on color selection

Ducati Redmond helped me years ago inspect and purchase a used bike. They've been excellent resources even since when I need parts or maintenance. Most recently I was having some issues with the bike not running smoothly and called in for a service appointment. The gentleman on the phone took the time to talk through what I was experiencing and made a few suggestions for troubleshooting prior to scheduling a significant service. I was able to solve the problem on my own and hugely appreciate their genuine care and knowledge. They saved me a few dollars on this go around and solidified my loyalty to this great company. Thank you!

I can't recommend these guys enough. The staff goes way above and beyond to help you as a customer and in general. My bike broke down around the corner and I had to push it here. These guys did everything in their power to help me out, but since my bike is a Husqvarna and not Ducati, we we're limited in repair options since I still had a warranty. If they helped me as much as they did with me not being a customer, imagine the service and support they will give you as a customer. See the amazing people here if you are looking for a new bike! Ducati Redmond, if you remember the guy with the Husqvarna who's clutch went out, Thank you so much for the help that day!

Zach and Cameron are rock stars. My wife and I live in central Washington. Called on a Wednesday, agreed to a price for a lovely new scrambler desert sled. Came over on the weekend with a trailer. Zach and Cameron were a breeze to work with. Super helpful and informative. Went above and beyond in getting the bike loaded and secured. No typical stealership experiences here. Just high class low pressure sales and a good price on a great bike. Really, my first painless dealership experience. Ever. I cannot say enough good things. Will definitely be back if I purchase Ducatis in the future. 5/5

I generally buy bikes and gear from private parties or online, and haven't really done much shopping with dealerships lately. But I will be changing that. Had such a great shopping/buying experience this last couple of weeks with Zach, Cameron and the guys at Redmond Ducati, that I will be using them alot going forward. Bought a bike from them, plus all my gear, and service couldn't have been better from start to finish. Just great guys, and pricing was so reasonable that I have nothing but nice things to say all the way around. For anyone considering doing business with Redmond Ducati, I highly recommend. (I read some of the negative reviews here, which are few, but I seriously have no idea what they're talking about. Cameron and Zach were top notch, went above and beyond to help me have a great experience... so I thought I'd share. )

I have bought 4 bikes from them and their old Bellevue location over the years, and they are awesome. Not only are they awesome at selling you a new Ducati, they really care about the old Ducati' too. They want to see our bikes running well and in safe, good condition all the time. They have gone the extra mile for me in the service department on countless occasions (should out to Bill, Brian and Clint!) and their sales guys are hard core Moto enthusiasts too, so not snake oil sellers like the car dealerships are.....
