This is the first time I have used this service and must say that its a very good crossing. Simple and easy to use website and reasonable upgrades to the signature lounge. From what I have seen the staff are polite and accommodating and the facilities on board are clean and tidy. In the Signature Lounge there is a licenced bar (prices and selection in the pictures).

Very good, used as a return trip without any issues and a smooth journey both ways. Clean (with hand dispensers) and safe. Will happily use again.
Always happy to use Red Funnel and Red Jet, staff always friendly and unless the sea is really choppy they continue to and from the Isle of Wight. Instructions very clear on procedures to follow during covid, they are taking it seriously and I often see s member of staff walking around making sure people are following procedures and wearing their masks. Prices aren't overly expensive except in holiday times which I try to avoid.
During the pandemic Red Funnel have reduced the number of passengers to enable proper social distancing. The procedures on board are excellent. The safest way to travel, when conditions allow.
