It is overpriced, horrendously.. The bike mechanic who \fixed\ my friends bike have made the brakes sticky, dangerously sticky, not stop good sticky, lock on dangerous sticky. They fixed the not moving into third gear gear by moving the gear changer so now it doesn't do first instead, the rear gears are the same and to top it all off for a full bike service, they miss little things like making sure the seat is tight. Would not recommend

Rebike Carlisle I was pleased to find a pair of Mavic Wheels on ebay, sold by rebike who from the reviews looked like a seller I could trust. The two wheels arrived squeezed into a box designed for one, with no real packing and no attempt to protect one wheel from the other during transit. The result was a fracture in the rim of the rear wheel. I contacted Rebike and they asked me to return the wheels for a refund, which I did. When Rebike received the wheels they reneged on the offer of a refund and I had to refer the matter to PayPal, who ruled in my favour... all-in-all a very disappointing experience, my first in over 18 years trading on ebay (250 transactions 100% positive feedback). Rebike exhibited a poor attitude and, in my case acted dishonestly almost costing me 325; let the buyer beware... a lesson to take positive reviews with a pinch of salt... My first negative google review with one star only because I can’t award a zero star review...

Rebike are a great source of second hand bikes. Alex who works there was accommodating, knowledgeable and skilled at repairing the bent derailleur he was presented with. I highly recommend them both.
Just picked up my vintage Dawes hybrid bike from Rebike. All staff on site were friendly and helpful and were operating in an excellent manner with safety paramount in these exceptional times.The bike was just as described and in photo. I am thrilled with it!I am very lucky to have got such a good bike at a fantastic price. I intent to use Rebike to service the bike when required. Thanks again!
