An excellent toys and game stores for all the children and of course for the adults too. The ambience is great with well lit and neatly displayed good on ver well organised shelves. The staffs are helpful and knowledgeable.

Smyths Toys take money on line, plenty of it, but simply don't answer their phone? There is no other way of contacting them other than a form online? This is just shoddy customer service.

Visited yesterday and the staff didn’t wear masks at all. I saw at least 5-6 with no mask on or just strapped under the chin. And that in turn led to people either leaving like myself or taking there’s off also. Not a good example and not safe at all. And people wonder why there is another lockdown. Imagine how many people these staff encounter every day ? There is your answer. Oh well you have just pushed another customer online and away. I certainly wouldn’t buying from smyths again.
