A very good selection of vehicles and special offers to choose from. I changed my mind about my vehicle choice a couple of times and they were all so patient with me. They talked me through every step of my lease which was great as it was my first time leasing a car. I found their prices very competitive compared to other large leasing sites. My car was delivered to my door and everything about the car was explained to me in great detail. After service so far has been second to none. I would definitely recommend Select Car Leasing to anyone. I will be back again in 3 years.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Great communication from the team. Not pushy, just efficient. The customer portal is very helpful because you can send messages to the dealer and Select whilst keeping track of everything. Very happy with the service and very happy with my new car. Very, very poor. When my car delivery was delayed due to the first lockdown, I was lied to, the customer portal was telling me they were checking with the supplier knowing full well that the supplier was closed. The delay was for over a month, they said they would prioritise key workers, they didn't, told me of special rates for rental instead. The company for special rates actually ceased trading 2 days before they told me and was over 100 miles away anyway. Never again.

Great experience from start to finish. Very easy to do business with. No gray areas, everything covered and explained in depth and detail, so fully understandable. No question too difficult. Delivery on date stated and on time. Follow up to ensure all was ok and to my liking. Highly recommendable. Will definitely use again.
