Fantastic Service. My Smeg Dishwasher had stopped working (leaking). Called DAS and an engineer was booked to visit me within 24 hours. They text me confirmation and the engineer called half an hour before he arrived. Excellent service from start to finish Polite, efficient and reliable. - Would highly recommend

We've used Domestic Appliances Specialists a few times now. They always do an excellent job, and most recently, they gave us advice to fix our refrigerator that didn't even require a call-out. We really appreciated that, and their advice was spot-on.

Good reactivity and subsequent customer service. Simon and Paul have dealt with my initial complaint with great professionalism assigning a highly qualified engineer Steve. Steve was very polite and explained everything in details from flagging the issue to repair.
