Well I think it's a great place to shop. There are some excellent things there you cannot get anywhere else! Peanut butter pretzels? A great selection of wines even my fave Sancerre. Hot roast chickens to go. Whole salmon. Electric Mountain bikes. Magnificent cakes. All types of breads cooked on the premises. Lovely staff. What more could you wish for? I was working for an company there but would totally recommend you shop at Costco! Everything under one roof. As takeout food you must try their pizzas. Could give Dominoes a run for their money!

This place is not COVID-19 secure. When the first lock down happened, there were queues outside and social distancing. As of late there are more people inside the store than waiting outside. Regularly, I have seen people without a mask on, on a call off their mobile phone, spraying everywhere as they speak. In the early days there was also much of an effort to sanitise trolley handlers. Those trolleys were kept separate and pointed out. No one could even take a trolley that had not been cleaned. Now the trolleys are all over and it’s hard to tell which ones have been cleaned. Based on the number of people they let in without a mask and how crowded it has been inside, after 10 years shopping here, I will no longer be renewing my membership when it expires this month. It’s sad and frustrating to see a place go from taking appropriate measures to so lax about their approach. Their own staff don’t even socially distance. A manager was blocking the food queue having a chin waggle with another member of staff whilst customers were trying to get past.

Two checkouts facing each other, so customers are back to back going through- impossible to social distance. And only three checkouts open so not much choice- needs a rethink. Otherwise, good store and easy shop.

Controlled entry - regular sanitisation stations around the store. Friendly and helpful staff. Just need to be careful of the idiots wandering round the car park, oblivious to the fact that there are moving vehicles and those that can't be bothered to park in one of the plentiful bays but would rather abandon thrir cars as close to the front door as possible
