Spent the day at Reactive Suspension on the bike setup course, if your in to bikes and would like to gain knowledge of Suspension setup then this is the place to go Gareth is a wealth of knowledge and more than willing to share all he knows, the facilities are well maintained and the lunch is worth the visit alone! I would highly recommend this course to anyone considering it.

I paid for and attended two of Gareth's suspension courses - Bike Set-up and Fork Servicing (full disclosure: I wrote a review on the first for the UK's Bike Magazine in 2019) - and they are absolutely outstanding. They combine hand-on experience with all of Gareth's distilled wisdom and it explains why his course - on an industrial estate outside York, England - attracts overseas attendees (I've met mechanics from South Korea and Israel, as well as from major race teams). All the mystery and challenges of motorcycle suspension (off-road, road and track) - the ultimate Venn diagram, as any informed rider knows - are resolved on his courses. Strongly recommended for both the experienced and inexperienced with a love of motorcycles.

Excellent school, very informative and well presented lessons, very good practical excercises, with immaculately clean workshop conditions and tools. An absolute professional, who can back up his knowledge with many years of top level work and sound engineering principles. I come from an aviation background, and the standard and content was equal to if not above, some of the training standards we are used to. I did the 4 day course, a day on forks, one on rear dampers, one on internal modifications and the last one on set up. All of the information is backed up demonstrations, supported with Dyno work and data logging, so its not just someone telling you 'because I said so'. In summery, its clean, professional and well worth going. The lunches are fantastic as well.

I just contacted Reactive Suspension via email inquiring if they stocked a couple of tools I need to install an Ohlins front fork cartridge kit. Gareth replied promptly and informed me they do stock the tools and included a couple of links for me to order the tools. Great customer service and won't hesitate to use Reactive Suspension again in the future.

Took my Cbr600f sport to Gareth as after reading articles on how to set your suspension up I tried to have a go. This was a big mistake! Gareth arranged for me to ride up to his workshops one morning, and after asking me my bikes symptoms set to work adjusting various settings. After directing me around a local test circuit a couple of times and making sure I was 100% happy I was on my way. My bike was like jumping on a completely different machine,it stuck like glue into corners, never drifted wide on exiting roundabouts ect. Gareth told me the front and back suspension had been working against each other hence the poor handling. This guy is such a wealth of knowledge and is the best money I ever spent on my bike. Never in five years of owning the bike did I ever touch the settings again. Reactive suspension I highly recommend on any bike,it's the best money you will spend!
