Brian came over within two days of calling even though it's busy season. He walked the house with us and showed us exactly where they were getting in. He told us how to treat it for under 10.00 and told us to let him know if that didn't fix the problem and he'd come back with some other solutions. He didn't charge us a dime for his time and expertise. Other people would have said they could fix it and charged us a lot more. I greatly appreciated his honestly and DIY option. He is absolutely the guy to call first.
Bryan was so kind and responsive. Communicative and right on time. He gave me some good advice and a referral for the work I needed done!
Rats in the attic, squirrels in the attic, and either and opossum or a raccoon were in the attic, but Bryan did some magic and made them disappear almost overnight, the sounds stopped instantly, but he came back and check the traps several times,and even removed a couple dead ones, rapid rodent removal did such a great job in my attic i decided to give them 5 stars
They came out within a couple hours of calling and help educate us about what was going on. He showed us a hole in our wall and told us to fill it. He also provided us with traps. He was very transparent. We felt comfortable having him in our home.
