Went out on the Revenge, an eight meter, 300hp luxury rib, for a full day trip. We were very lucky with the calm seas... it’s not always so quiet... very good and friendly skipper, told us about everything interesting from Santa Margerita to Camogli... There was focaccia and drinks included, wine, prosecco, beer, plenty of water and Softdrinks... Lots of stops on the way to swim, snorkel and relax... lunch stop at the trattoria do spadin... make sure you book the day before... they don’t want a deposit, so you can cancel if the weather is rough... if it gets to rough for them, the will let you know and offer alternative dates or times...

Incredibly rud owner! One of the workers was drunk still working transporting boats and vomited from one of them. Say no more!!!
Very nice staff. Rented a boat with them for a couple of hours, it was fun and kids really liked it. The only company around that has boats for rent that do not require license.
We booked a full day charter for our group of 9 to see Cinque terre and the surrounding area. Tricoli called to reschedule our tour the day before, or request that we come earlier due to weather concerns. We opted to come earlier as we only had the one day available. From the moment we arrived at the dock it was clear the captain and hostess did not want to take us. There was no introduction to the boat or the crew, and no safety briefing or explanation of what to expect. They then raced through what was meant to be a a six hour tour of Cinque terre in less than three hours, with no stops permitted in order to avoid the \bad weather\. The scenery was beautiful but the \english speaking\ tour guide/hostess I had confirmed in advance spoke poorly and only spoke when asked a question. The Captain did not address us as passengers at all and refused to accommodate any of our requests as relayed to him by the hostess. They then expected us to swim in the boat harbor and eat lunch in Rapallo where we first boarded the boat (swim and lunch stops were meant to be included in tour), or pay more to go somewhere else, so we opted to get off the boat half day. Incidentally the supposedly \bad weather\ never materialized during our whole stay, I think they just had something else they wanted to do that day and it showed. Our charter was a total rip and the only bad experience in an otherwise fantastic visit to the area. You can get better service and experience taking one of the regular ferries that operate Cinque terrre daily, and for a fraction of the cost of Tricoli charters.
Amazing service for amazing price, no bull, no drama.
Unfriendly behaviour, canceled accepted reservation without explanation 24 hours before reantal
