Fantastic selection of food, beds, treats, medications etc for your pets. The staff are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, it’s more expensive than ordering online but great if you need something quickly and don’t want to wait for delivery. Also nice to be able to support a local business.

Staff members are fabulous, one lady in particular its passionate and informative. Great for advice. They all seem to care about my animal and what's genuinely best for her. Lots of choice of natural food with high grade ingredients.

I called this shop for help, as my cocker spaniel puppy had fleas for the first time. They were very helpful and suggested options. Once in store, I was offered help in choosing the right products, but not oversold at all, on the contrary, I was the one adding products to my basket! Their help at a crucial time was very much appreciated, more than I can say for a local vets, who refused to advise me! The quality of the foods, dog treats snacks and toys that i bought in this shop are very impressive…no comparison with supermarket or other large pet shops treats or foods. The staff were so helpful and just generally nice, such a lovely experience, I definitely recommend this shop and thank the staff for all their kindness.

I always go to this store to buy my puppy Ross all his supplies I take Ross with and loves it in there the staff are so lovely and friendly and always gives Ross a treat .. and they give fantastic advice on products! Thank you ️
