My wife and I had a really good experience at quench cycles. They are well organised and had a one way system operating through the shop with social distances adhered to. This goes a long way to make you feel that bit safer when your out and about. Really helpful and friendly staff and good bikes. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic shop in the heart of Bedgebury Forrest. Staff are great, went above and beyond to get me set up and ready to ride. Highly recommend a visit.

I am extremely pleased with the helpful service I got from quench cycles. I went through on very short notice to have have my two mountain bike wheels converted to tubeless. Unfortunately their supplier had been unable to deliver the sealing fluid. I must admit that I was a bit grumpy at having trecked through from my hometown and the thought of now having to return home with the prospect of not wanting to use the bike in case of getting stuck with a 24 kg machine with a flat tire. However Quench came to the rescue and completed the job in 20 minutes, after having broken open two tubeless kits to get sealant for the tyres. I shall certainly use them for all my servicing as I would imagine they will have lots of experience servicing their hire fleet; and being located at Bedgebury, I could have a ride before and after the service, even if it were a few days apart.

We hired an electric bike (full suspension) and a top spec whyte full suspension bike for three hours. Absolutely brilliant fun. At first glance it seemed a touch pricey (110 pounds with student discount) but then again the bikes we hired were probably totalled 5,000 plus at RRP. So on reflection it's probably not too bad. Helpful staff. Cheers.
