By far one of the best workouts I've ever had! From the moment you walk into the studio you are greeted by the most welcoming staff. All the instructors are knowledgeable, supportive and push you past your limits. They all want you to reach your goals with their fun workout routines. The studio overall is very clean and they take proper Covid precautions. I definitely recommend this place!!

I love this place. I had such a wonderful experience when I went to take a trial class. The instructor was Brooke and she’s truly amazing ! The workouts were very energetic, the place had amazing music, and I honestly felt so good after her class. She really made the whole class sweat and also made the members very happy when she said her quote of the day. I recommend you all to go try a FREE trial class and sign up if you like it !!
What a workout! The trainers at hooked really know how to get your heart racing, while teaching some good kickboxing moves. They really care about your goals and know how to connect with you 1 on 1 to make sure you’re reaching them. Very clean and they are strict on maintaining a Covid safe environment for everyone. Highly recommended. Best kickboxing studio in Queens.
Hooked kick boxing is great and Liz and Brooke are the best coaches and they help a lot and teach I love that place it’s my third class and I’m already lovin it

Great time! Trainers are very motivating and will definitely make you do the work - but it's worth it! Music is always great and the crowd will always inspire you to put in one more rep... Special thanks to Nate and Haydy, who have always taken care of me :-)

The owners drive really is showed by all of the staff and all of there motivation and enthusiasm. Very clean sanitized they make everyone feel so safe and comfortable. Dedicated to all clients.
