Brandon is very skilled technician, his brother Dave is amazing sales rep ! Overall everything executed by Gold Coin becomes a successful story at the end ! That means they are good & wants clients to succeed as well. It’s mutual. Customer care is super nice.
If you need repairs or need parts, this is a great place for commercial laundry machine parts. The technical support is very knowledgeable on the machines dating back to as far as the company Dexter has been around. The facility is full of models for landlady owners to check out and the facility reps are nice. I recommend anyone who is either looking for a replacement machine or repairs to swing by.
