I am so glad that I selected Avilla Victoria for my new home. The leasing staff were very professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. Everything with the leasing process was smooth and quick. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the complex and how well the landscaping appeared. My apartment was very clean and move-in ready. The protected yard and high wall, was a big positive feature for me and for my dog Abby. I would highly recommend this complex.

We have lived at Avilla Victoria since August 2017 and absolutely love it! The homes are beautiful inside and out. Ashley and Erick in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Anytime we have needed assistance in our apartment they have quickly gotten an order placed and someone has been out to our home within 24-28 hours. We highly recommend joining the Avilla Victoria community.

Posting this after living at Avilla Victoria 20 months. The only reason we left the property was to relocate & I already miss it! We lived in the 3 bedroom & it was the perfect size for the two of us. I work from home & we consistently have visitors. I loved living in a newly built home that was incredible energy efficient. We had lived in apartments for the previous 6 years & this has all the convenience of an apartment with the solitude/privacy of a home. The staff was incredibly helpful & very kind. The maintenance staff was probably the best we've ever experienced with getting right to us on fixing anything keeping the property well maintained. The ONLY thing to be aware of is the issue of smoking. The biggest selling point to us was that it is a smoke free property and we just got really unlucky with neighbors that chain smoke in their backyard all day every day so we never once got to enjoy our backyard or leave our windows open. The office consistently tried to resolve the issue BUT lucky us we had \those neighbors\ that loved to let their dogs poop pile up in the backyard & the more we tried to resolve the smoking the more they did it. The office really did the best they could with this one. If this is an issue for you I would 100% request a unit that for certain the neighbors don't smoke. Other than that everything about Avilla is wonderful & I would live there again!

As usual they were here within 24 hours of my non emergency request:) All items were quickly corrected & they were pleasant & kind as usual. After they left, I thought how much easier it is than when I owned my home. A few things needed done & they were in such a short time and no searching for someone to do it or extra money to have it done.

Me and my girlfriend decided to move here back in May of 2018, we thought this would be a perfect place to have our family with her being pregnant. The biggest problem we are facing right now is the construction that started a few months back. Since we are on the back wall we are right up next to the construction zone. They start at early hours in the morning and it continues throughout the day. The noise is so bad it shakes the glasses we have in the cabinets, it wakes up our child and also wakes us up in the morning, way before I have to get up for work. There is no way of drowning the noise out. It continuously wakes our child up and we can not get any sleep. I figured if I sent an email (after putting up with this for 3 months and not saying anything) that we could find somewhere else to live that is quite. To my surprise they were not willing to help at all and do not care one bit. I attached a photo of the response I received from Ashley in the front office. Without exaggerating, it would cost us over 7000 to move out with the 60 day time span. They also would charge us to move to a different location in the complex. No one wants to pack up and move all their stuff just to move again in 5 months. The best part is we pay extra for out lot because it has a bigger back yard, so I am paying more to listen to the construction. Other cons, one of us has to park all the way in the back of the complex because you get one spot and have to hope that there is something open for you to park in that’s not in the back. People literally park in front of the dumpster. They claim it’s a smoke free zone but we smell weed every night, there are random people waking around that don’t live there that they claim to have taken care of to the point I just gave up telling them, there are vehicles that are not driven and just sit in parking spots and never move taking them from people that need them. I’m over this company and would never recommend.
