Isobel worked on my 19 year old cat Sweety who is a white long haired cat and due to old age was in a bad way with mass clumps of hair all around her body, she made the cat look 10 years younger and worked with such professionalism with handling a cat in distress that it was fascinating to watch. Even clipped her really bad ingrown claws that I thought would be a vet job. I would recommend anybody to get their cat groomed by such an amazing professional. Isobel was absolutely brilliant with our long haired white cat, very professional and amazing the way she handled her. Kept to the appointment and communication from Isobel was swift and professional. We called her for just a de-matting but she did a whole groom along with cutting our cats nails!! We were all chuffed. Really took off 10 years age from our cat, results brilliant. Very very highly recommend Isobel, really couldn't ask for much more. 5 stars all the way. Many thanks
Isobel came and visited to groom my cats Pika and Pumpkin (8 and 7 respectively), and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the results. The girls both look fabulous, and seem so much more content. She was kind, gentle and confident with both of my cats, one of whom is a very timid and cautious around strangers. I can't thank her enough, and would recommend her to anyone. Isobel work on my 19 year old Fluffy. Prior to the appointment, I read some concerning reviews about another cat groomer, so I was hesitant to rush into anything. I got the impression from Isobel Facebook that she was very professional, and was reassured greatly with being meet with a catalogue of beautiful, well groomed cats. The grooming went great. It was quite a bad case of matting, but Isobel managed fluffy with great care, and 40 is a fair price for the service received
Isobel was amazing with our boy stormzy hes a longhaired Persian who was in a matted state Isobel was a perfectionist and so good with him definitely recommend
Hats off to isobel......my cat is very feisty and really doesn't like to be handled too much but her hair was so matted.... isobel was very patient with her but also very efficient and managed to get the job done. Very happy and would certainly recommend....
I have an angora rabbit who is a very tricky customer when it comes to grooming, his fur became matted in sensitive areas near his tail and feet and refused to let me anywhere near them! Thank god I found Isobel! she was very professional and came equipped with everything one would need to get to those tricky parts. She was patient and gave simba several treat breaks when he became too stressed and panicky. She was very calm despite the behaviour shown by my rabbit and was very careful with him throughout the process. Within an hour Isobel managed to get every knot/Matt and tangle out of his fur and made him look like a brand new rabbit again! I’ve looked everywhere for a groomer that could take on my simba, and I’m so pleased it was Isobel. Definitely recommend! x
