Can’t understand these reviews?? The dresses are lovely and there is no comparison with other prom shops! The lady is polite and informative. She explains about the no photo policy so not sure about the review about that! My daughters prom dress is fab! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Nice lady but got told off for taking a photo. I didn't want to steal the design I just wanted to share with family as they couldn't come with us. so I strongly recommend you bring family with you and make an appointment you can try on mark downs and sale dresses without an appointment but a phone call would avoid mistakes. Sale dresses are just as decent as the higher priced ones my daughter loves hers. I've changed my original rating as I bought the dress and it's beautiful. my first rating was based on a first impression. And after that the service was very good. The dresses are beautiful and worth a look
We are currently on the hunt for a prom dress for my stepdaughter, weve been to a few places but she is yet to find THE dress. Yesterday we took her to Purely Prom on red marsh industrial estate in cleveleys, what an experience!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN A MILLION YEARS!!! The woman that owns it is a truly horrible person, she made our beautiful girl feel like she wasnt worthy of wearing one of her dresses, she was rude, obnoxious and insulting. She made Harley feel awful and resort to tears (and if you knew Harley you would know this really isn't like her at all). How dare anyone make any child feel less than amazing! If you're looking for a prom dress for your princess avoid this place like the plague!
Amazing place dresses are unreal and start from an affordable price for designer dresses. Lady was lovely and the dress we bought is out of this world!
Not impressed with the 100 non-refundable deposit policy. At a time when mum dad and daughter feel under pressure to choose the right dress, the family weren’t given the opportunity to discuss in private resulting in a rash decision to avoid the dress being sold to someone else - as we were reminded. Despite cancelling within 24 hours of the visit, deposit had been lost on a dress costing almost 500 and requiring alterations. Please be aware of this and make sure you discuss any desire to purchase in private and not made to feel rushed to avoid loosing 100.
