I love Ricas! We're lucky to have a few other Salvadoran restaurants in Provo. This one is my favorite for a quick stop. Pupusas are always warm and delicious. They're shifting their focus to tamales now, and those are pretty good. I love the family atmosphere. Everyone who works here is amazingly nice, service is quick, and the place is cozy!

This place was great. Great service. Excellent food. Large portions. We over ordered and took a ton home which was so good the next day. The pupusa revuelt and chorizo were my favorites. The spicy red sauce had just the right heat and the curtido was yum. No AC, so I was sweating like crazy, but that’s okay. It just added to the experience.

I had such high hopes for this place !!! I’ve been wanting for try them for a while and the pupusas we had were not even remotely good. My husband got 2 revueltas & he bit into a raw pupusa that still wasn’t fully cooked through. All the pupusas we ordered were dry and we tried cutting them with a knife and were so hard to cut through. No flavor and the salsa that goes with it, also had no flavor and they didn’t even give us enough. Very disappointed and pricey too . 2.99 a pop , not worth it.

So glad I tried this place. Really delicious food. The green sauce they gave us was really spicy and full of flavor. The waiter was really friendly. They give discounts to students and the food is already inexpensive.

They make such great papusas and are a great local family restraint! 10/10 would recommend.

We got some takeout during COVID and it was really good. What is a Pupuska? It’s like a corn pancake with different meat and cheeses in the middle. I really enjoyed it. And 2 of them filled me up so at 2.50 each it’s a steal of a deal

Not good at all. Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. First off the food here is bland. My wife and I both come from a Hispanic background and we have tasted what real pupusas taste like and these are not even close. We ordered 6 pupusas and it came out to 20 dollars. WAY TO EXPENSIVE for bland pupusas. The pupusas we ordered were 2 frijoles con queso 2 revueltas 2 de loroco The worst part is that they didn't even get our order right.
