My family and I are going to a short holiday and I am a mother of four cheeky children. The airline asked us to provide PCR test certificates before flying. I checked and found out NHS doesn’t give any certificates and they only send a text message for your result, and airlines don’t accept that. So I told that to my colleague and she recommended this clinic to me. I called them and the receptionist booked us for the test. I told her I have four kids who are very cheeky and don’t expect them to behave well. She was a very nice lady and ensured me that the waiting room is big enough for them so I shouldn’t be worried about social distancing. We arrived there and they were very welcoming and friendly. The waiting room was big enough for all of us and we waited no more than 5 minutes. A nurse who was kind like an angel done the PCR swab tests for me, my husband and the kids. She was very patient and gentle with the kids. I know my kids are not easy at all, but how she talked to them and made them interested about the test was outstanding. After about 24 hours we got our results . I want to thank them a lot and I will recommend this clinic to whoever needs to do the PCR test. They are amazing and we are pleased with their services. Highly recommended.

Dear Clinic Staff, In these trying times I have to thank the staff at the clinic for not only, supporting my PCR test in the friendliest of manner while I was emotionally distraught, but also delivering on their promise and making a 6 year old girl extremely happy by managing to get the results to me. Steven was an absolute SUPERSTAR, handling my situation in calm, professional manner and with loads of empthy. Blood London is in a very convenient location in central London and their Harley Street clinic is a great place to have my blood tests. Recommended.
