Service is attentive and waiting staff who served me at the table were friendly. The hot chocolate and cappuccino were really nice. At the moment the dessert options are only what’s in the display fridge, so small cheesecakes mostly. The chocolate lava cake was delicious but I found the caramel cheesecake to be a bit dense. Outdoor seating area is cozy with heating. Keen to visit again once new management settles in

Shocking food. The pizza tasted like it was a bad reheated supermarket pizza heated up in a microwave. Like it’s not that hard to make your own dough.. The Parma was over cooked and dark.. The wine was so stale I couldn’t drink it. I would be mortified serving this to customers. The whole meal was edible.

Congrats to the owners, wait staff and chefs for bringing all aspects of the Groove Train experience together. For a number of years my family has enjoyed dining at various Groove Train restaurants. The spacious COVID safe processes in place made me feel welcome and reassured about dining out again. We found the wait staff to be responsive and the food we ordered was cooked just the way we expected. If you like coffee and ice cream, do yourself a favour and order an Affogato to round off your experience. We’ll be regulars for sure.

Bad service. 20 chicken and avocado focaccia (with chips) with hardly any avocado, smothered in mayonnaise. Would not come here again .

Amazing customer service, fantastic food, my girlfriend and I were out shopping and were craving an iced coffee of sorts and felt like chai, the staff were kind enough to make us a personal chilled chai drink which they are now adding to the menu! It was an overall great experience and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

came here 6/3/21 at around 8:30pm with my girlfriend and a friend. all was fine and well until we noticed the waitresses look at each other from across the restaurant, look at us and laugh. Not too sure what was so funny about the whole situation but all we wanted was to drink and chat as normal. I also noticed that one of the waitresses looked at me and was holding back laughter, same thing happened when it was time to pay. She was trying not to laugh when taking my payment, for whatever reason. looks like i wont be coming to this place any time soon, since we were all made uncomfortable during our time here knowing we were being judged and laughed at for no reason at all.
