I'm based in the UK and decided to ring up Prestige as they are a Tag authorised dealer. I must say that Archie was super helpful in my purchase of an Aquaracer calibre 5 automatic. He listened to everything I had to say, and communicated extremely well and got in touch when he said he would. On arrival of my watch, unfortunately the box corners were dented so I informed Archie, in which he sent a replacement box for my watch, and resolved this issue swiftly. Absolutely loving my new Aquaracer, fantastic piece with a solid weight to it! Nice to see a professional attitude and a true gent, I would definitely recommend Prestige Jewellers.
