I just had my new patient appointment. The reason for my 3 stars is mainly because first impressions are everything. The first encounter I had was with a dog, yes a dog! When I opened the door to the office I actually hit the little guy and he yelped! First things first why is there a dog in an allergy clinic where people have pet allergies! I'm a dog lover and pet owner, but there are some places pets don't belong and a Doctors office is one of them. Secondly, when I accidentally hit the dog, an older woman with scrubs gave me a dirty look. I apologized, she ignored me and asked the dog if he was ok. My whole office experience was not a good one. T he receptionist that checks you in is also The doctor seemed ok , very matter of fact guy, not very friendly, and very hard to understand with his thick accent.
