Im very Happy with my Orchids, very healthy and in full bloom after 1 week. The Guy at the Nursery has great costumer Service. Thank u! I chose the type of orchid I wanted on their online website and showed UP at the nursery to pick it UP. Satisfied!

Brookside Orchids is one of the best online retailers of plants online. The shipping company that picked up my orchid from Brookside misplaced my order not only did the company refund my payment but they sent my a beautiful orchid in it's place free of charge I recently ordered a miniature pink orchid that arrived in great shape is holding it's flowers and is growing new buds that look like they will open. I can't say. enough about their customer service it is the best bar none. Dave Madison
The day after Christmas I ordered orchids for pickup. There were no notices of them being closed for the weekend after Christmas on their website and after driving from Marin to my dismay they were closed. I did come back on a later date to pickup my orchids but the experience wasn't favorable. Although the orchids were in spectacular condition the chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.
I placed an order on Saturday morning on 12/26 and the site stated the order would be ready by 12 pm that same day. When we arrived to the nursery at 12 pm the same day, the place was closed. There was no indication on the website that they would be closed for the weekend. We drove all the way from Marin to pick up these plants. When I called them to share my experience, the response was we can ship the item to you. The lady was so rude on the phone. I would not recommend this place.
