Hard to find assistance but once I did - he was very helpful. This store needs more staff knowledgable about sports and exercise equipment and less in clothing sales.

In store experience is ok. Customer service very lousy throughout. Online isn't the most coordinated. Bad experience online.Had item shipped and delivered back to same facility it was shipped from. Contacted customer support 2 separate times because the first time they obviously didn't get it figured out. The 2nd time I had to ask for tracking information and an email confirmation for 125 order. I dont feel I should have to ask people to do their job. Will probably never order online again.
