ive been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a cost to hire a cherry picker ive made 5 or 6 phone calls to port talbot branch and spoken to several staff all telling me they will get a price and availability sent over to me as soon as i get of the phone 3 weeks on im still chasing them all day today ive been calling and phones are busy ive been using brandon hire for approximately 10 years with no problems until we try and use branches in south wales it seems that the south wales branches are giving them a bad reputation i have asked for the area director to call me to see if he can get me a price .
Called into the depot as needed to hire a cement mixer. We had it for a good price, dropped off the very next day and great service off Sid in the shop. Would definitely recommend.
