A Experience! Elouise the horse was so gentle with the little 2 - 4 year olds. Even the 11 year olds loved having a ride! Jackie was so good at communicating and arrived early to set up. Tim was giving the rides and he was so kind to the little kids and always had a smile on his face! I would highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I booked Pony Express (Unicorn Pony) for my nieces 3rd Birthday party which was held yesterday, I had to call numerous times to confirm that they would be arriving, many times without even getting an answer on the phone, I finally got an answer and was told that they were on the way, after speaking to them at 4:30pm and no arrival at 6:30pm which they were booked to arrive at 6 I began to call, not getting an answer but receiving a call back at about 7:30 being told that she was dealing with the cops because her tire blew out on the parkway, and that she would not be coming . I requested my money back, after seeing that this is a story that she has told numerous times, I didn’t feel bad seeing as it seems to be the norm, she hung up the phone on me and would not answer any other calls... DO NOT GIVE THEM DEPOSITS OR ANY OF YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BOOK THEM, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND YOU RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY AND THEM NOT SHOWING.. THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES REALLY NICE UNTIL THEY CALL TO SAY THEY AREN'T COMING.. YOU HAVE TO BE A REALLY LOW DOWN DISGUSTING PERSON TO PLAY ON THE HEARTS OF CHILDREN ON THEIR BIRTHDAYS OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS FOR EVEN ADULTS ... I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY 200 DEPOSIT REFUND AND I HOPE THAT ANYONE WHO CONSIDERS BOOKING THEM WILL READ THIS COMMENT AND ALL THE OTHERS THAT WERE GIVEN THE SAME STORY AND NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY!!!!!!!!
Pony Express Entertainment really came through for my twins 5th birthday. I had a great experience from the initial phone call, smooth payment process as well as they arrived on time. My kids absolutely loved it. Especially with the pandemic it was like we had our own pony and petting farm! Shout out to Tim for making the pony rides fun and interactive for the kids. I would recommend...the smiles on the kids faces was worth every penny.

I had pony express entertainment come to my house last weekend for my daughters birthday and they were absolutely fantastic! They showed up on time, were very friendly with the kids, and cleaned up after themselves after they were done. The two guys who came (Chris and Tim) were super friendly to the kids and talked away with all the adults about the farm and other animals they have. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any future parties!!
