From the moment I arrived at the hospital for an operation to remove bladder stones I was made so welcome and looked after by the fantastic staff from the night watchman, the porter the catering staff, the wonderful caring nurses and of course Professor Brown and all in theatre who carried out the procedure. I am lucky enough not to have been in hospital in my life, if I had to go again this fantastic place would be top of the list! Good luck and thank you all you fantastic people x

Just returned after my hip replacement at The Vale Hospital with Nuffield. From my initial consultation with Mr Phil Thomas the service was first class, efficient, with excellent communication. Appointments were prompt, accurate and socially distanced. My admission was run like clockwork and staff were excellent in seeing to my clean, comfortable spacious room. Food was hotel standard and tea/coffee and biscuits were regularly offered. Mr Thomas ihas great interest personal skills as well as being an excellent surgeon. Two days later I am sat at home, reminding myself I have had surgery as the pain from my athritic hip is no more and I can't feel the effect of major surgery. Thanks all at the Vale for a first class experience.

Came here for Hip replacement. Operation went like a dream, fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for you, hotel quality food in a beautiful setting and I'm not the easiest client. Consultant was Mr Cronin, an exponent of Superpath, a minimally invasive technique, my second hip op with him of whom I couldn't speak more highly.

I am currently at the vale hospital where I had a operation yesterday.... the staff are amazing its clean comfy..but most of all my consultant dr watermiar.. hes been fanstic with myself after my operation as we all no we are tearful groggy and I'm away from my family, friends and kids due to no visitors but he lightens up my room with his kindness... thanks u team vale
