Love Penn Station’s food. First time at this location. Sub par service simply put. As we waited a y I be lady walked up and sat our sandwich by the credit card reader. As we stood and watched. Didn’t say our name or call out the order. We assumed it wasn’t ours because ours came with a fry and a drink. Person after person stood over it and checked out paying for their order. Finally after a long wait I inquired about my order. She says oh I think it’s that one and pointed to the sub on the table next to the credit card machine. I said “I had fries and a drink” she says oh fries are in the bag. Let me get a drink... I was like we were standing right here why wouldn’t you call out our name you asked for it while taking the order it was only about 4-5 people total waiting. She didn’t say anything. Probably won’t ever be back to this one

Excellent food. Almost always ready when promised (unless super busy). Staff is friendly and very nice! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a fresh hot sub!
My favorite subs place in Plymouth. There are usually no waits, clean place and friendly staff. I recommend cheese-steak without pizza sauce. From my personal experience, the pizza sauce is the worst addition to the Philly steak sub. On the bright side, you can always choose what to have in your sub. Also, their fresh cut fries are great too.
Fries are amazingly delicious as for the 4 different types of subs we got so not worth the money I would rather get Capital Nemo's Gabriel’s or Subway they have better tasting and more that come on them
Just great subs! The staff is decent! The philly is the reason I come here! I love the hand cut fries!!
