I love bringing my dogs here. Dr. Yu is great. We love having her take care of our dogs. Past and present. She has always been very caring, sincere and very informative. The front desk, Paige and Taylor are always very pleasant and with these difficult times always so nice. All the techs are great. What more can you ask when the whole team is great!! Thank you Montain Lore Animal Hospital for everything.

They have good covid procedures in place. I would call right away when arriving vs going up to the door/window. They won’t answer. Also, for the covid dog transfers outside be prepared...We had an unexpected long wait first thing Saturday morning at 10. We didn’t get a call until 10:30 with one other car waiting in the allotted number spaces. We almost left but of course we got a call as soon as we put the car in drive. We also waited for another 5-10 minutes once we got our pup back vet said we would get a call... !?!?! DIDN’T know if we could leave or HAD to wait? Not great communication there with the vet/office clerks. It’s getting cold out so be prepared for the unexpected. Overall satisfied besides all of my errands being pushed back.
The vet I spoke to was so thorough and precise in the questions and details of care for our 2 yr old Orange Tabby named Jino with immune issues. The care plan is easy and not too hard to administer. Last time Jino pooped/ peeped because he hates his carrier and terrified to be going in by himself..he thinks he is human .so we were happy this time handing him over without incident to the fabulous vet techs who recieved him from our car. He seemed so calm this time around and it was due to the gentleness and care he receives here Thank you everyone for seeing him so quickly and administering great care ..The Nunez Family!
