Great store with a big selection and friendly staff!
Great selection of tech gear for our competitive swimmer. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They keep our child’s purchase history on file so that when I need to replace something, it’s easy to look up the exact size and brand we want. They provide a mobile delivery/shopping experience to our club swim team’s location for a much more convenient shopping experience!
First time at a local swim store and went to Xtreme Swim because other stores are closed. Holly was very helpful and they will be my swim store from now on. With indoor pools closed I needed some triathlon training gear for outside and they had everything I was looking for... longer suit, chrome goggles, leg buoys and training straps. Another employee was helping a family with young kids get fitted for goggles so Xtreme Swim can take care of everyone.
I went in as a complete beginner. The staff (Liz) was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She welcomed every question and was able to explain every answer until it made sense for me. I will definitely go back for my swimming gear needs. It's the type of service you just can't get online.
Super helpful. I needed suggestions for goggles (after ordering a pair that didn't fit from Amazon!) and I called the store. The owner suggested I come in so they could personally fit a pair to my face. I went in to the store today; her husband was there and immediately picked out the perfect pair for me. He even had me try a different pair just to be sure the first ones were the best fit.There are some things Amazon just can't do. So thankful we have a local swim store like this one!
Worst customer service ever experienced. Buy somewhere else.
