There are other thrift stores around Plano if you really need cheap clothing and furniture. The customer service was terrible! The furniture had missing parts and it was almost going to break! I know it's a thrift store but this place could be so much better.

They sold an appliance with missing parts for the price of a working one. The manager was unwilling to accept a refund. There is no way this appliance could have been tested by me in the store before buying. They should show a little more flexibility and accept the return...
