I had the privilege of attending this school from 1st grade all the way through 8th, then continuing on in their newly created high school program until 12th grade and graduation. The classes in the middle school were small and had the potential for excellent attention from the teachers (most of whom were fantastic and well versed in their calling) with about 18-22 students being the average count per 1-8th grade class. In high school the student count was far lower, in the single digits per class, but only because of it having newly gotten off the ground and the knowledge of its' existence wasn't too common. The amount of academic and physical educational opportunities are, on the whole, well fleshed out for a private school of this size. But the thing that lasted after my time there was my faith in God, my awareness of culture and historical importance in this constantly changing world, and the close dear friends who I still talk to today five years later. I only marked four stars for the school removing the legendary tires that used to be part of the playground equipment...they'll never be able to top that experience.

Our family is very thankful for Faith Lutheran School. Our children have received an excellent, classical, Christian education. Our oldest is a junior in high school and has attended Faith since kindergarten. We are thankful that this school faithfully teaches the Bible and its unchanging truth rather than the shifting, post-modern values of the world. We are thankful for the classical curriculum, which relies on time-tested methods of teaching children rather than the latest cultural fad or government stipulation. Our high school student is learning philosophy, literature, history, and art from the excellent Omnibus class. They have read an amazing number of classics, original texts in their entirety, including Plato's Republic, Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, and Virgil's The Aeneid. The teachers, administration, and pastors are very knowledgeable and care about the students. Our children are getting a solid foundation in math and science. We are grateful we found Faith Lutheran School because it is one of a few schools that meets the classical education model's objective of a well-trained mind, while teaching and instilling the Christian faith that will last for a lifetime.

Two of my children have graduated from Faith Lutheran High School and both have received a wonderful classical education. One is pursuing higher education in Collin County the other a Math major at A&M in Corps of Cadets. My other four children are currently enrolled in the elementary, junior high and high school programs. Caring Christian teachers. Excellent reading, mathematics, arts, PE programs. My high school son plays football through a partnership with Texas Alliance of Christian Athletes. Small class size means individual attention. They even teach Latin!

My two children have gone to Faith Lutheran School for the past five years. Some of the reasons I initially chose Faith are: strong Christian values, friendly staff, clear classical curriculum, and small classes. The reasons we have stayed at Faith are: incredible teachers, rigorous and traditional academics (Latin starting at 3rd grade, Saxon math--no \experimental math\ teaching like in public schools), clear and deep Bible learning (including memory work), great parents and kids (this is not a pretentious school which I love), and small yet diverse classes.

Great education for my high schooler. The classical Omnibus Program encourages critical thinking. Faith allows students to become independent and work toward their goals. I love that the students are taught Latin, Shurley Grammar and cursive in grade school and there is an emphasis placed on teaching Christian values to all students.
