Worst experience ever. Access. Parking garage. Moved to Butler which has an accessible system. I tried to use so called valet parking in Pittsburgh... surely. Insulting. Better hires perhaps...

The doctors don't even try to listen to my concerns. They interupt me and rush out the door, clearly showing that they just don't care. Then when I ask questions and don't understand, I've had a nurse rudely say that I'm not listening. The difference is that I AM listening and actually trying to understand. The Doctors however, DON'T listen. Even the nurses don't pay attention to patients concerns. It is disgraceful that Veterans are treated this way. IF ENOUGH VETERANS MAKE A COMPLAINT TO PATIENT ADVOCACY, AND CALL THEIR CONGRESSMEN, VA STAFF WILL BE FORCED TO TREAT VETERANS WITH THE RESPECT AND QUALITY CARE THEY DESERVE.

I had totally knee replacement and the doctors and all the nurses from going into surgery to recover room to my stay for three days (3 days) were all great ones my thanks to them all, sorry if I forget anybody, like housekeeping (I’m sorry if not your right tilled) to the cooks and everybody from the very bending to when I left and I’m sure I might have missed a lot more professional personal again thank you all from me and all the older veterans again thank you!

Complete and total incompetence in action. They have completely walled themselves off and refuse open communication. They violate VA policy and guidelines. BEWARE if they are responsible for you!

I've had the unfortunate pleasure of working with a Voc Rehab counselor out of this office for several months. Tina Snyder does not return phone calls or emails....after weeks of attempts. She never answers her phone and always let's it go straight to voice mail. The one time (in six months) that I actually spoke with her, she acted (albeit on the phone) as though I was a disruption. I've had the displeasure of working with some very typical government functionaries in more than 30 years of service, but I have never been treated this poorly. I can only pray that someone in a supervisory position takes notice and puts her out before she does this to another veteran.
