Let me start by saying that I've owned Cadillacs for the last 10 years. A friend told me to go drive a Lincoln! He referred me to Walt at Benson Lincoln and I couldn't be happier with the results of my visit. I test drove several suvs and actually was able to take one home to see if it was a good fit for my family and I. I ended up with a beautiful black Navigator. The level of service provided by Walt and his team is unbelievable! My truck needed a minor software update so the came to my home picked up my vehicle and left me a loaner. I would give a 10 review if I could.

I bought a used car from them that was a dud and had to be scrapped early; however, they showed a willingness to work with me directly on leasing a new car and providing me a lot of incentives and discounts due to my original car being problematic. Overall I would trust and recommend the customer service here, but be weary of used cars (especially ford escapes)
My whole experience at Benson Lincoln was wonderful!! Tom and Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions and concern! What I like about this dealership is that they don't harass you, like most car dealership!!
I bought a slightly used loaded Ecosport. Despite the fact that the vehicle has a loud noise upon right turns, from day one of taking it home, and is being seen by the mechanics on Friday, I'm giving the dealership 5 stars trusting my new suv will be repaired and good as new on Friday. Tony in sales was great, quick, true to his word and Tracy in finance was helpful, thorough and actually made signing all those papers fun. Tony put up with my tearful email over the very loud noise on my very new car with Grace. I do recommend this dealer and ask for Tony. I do love the vehicle and can't wait for it to be all better. It's a great ride!
Love my MKC reserve. Second Lincoln from Benson and I’m sure I’ll return again. Just a matter of time until I’m ready for a Corsair! Walt, Ryan, Tony are excellent as are the rest of the staff!
