Staff is here is amazing. Due to the rise in Covid Cases and in result testing. They are completely overwhelmed. But they keep a good attitude and are very helpful. Especially the lady in the front Whitney... shes very beautiful and helpful.

Severe lack of customer service and care. The temporary replacement staff is rude and unprofessional. It's unfortunate because the original doctor, whom is ill at the moment, is very nice and caring. Had to switch PCP after assuming a lot of positive intent towards the replacement staff. This place is not meeting customer care expectations because they \are too busy\. As an FYI, you can file a grievance through your insurance if your experience was similar to mine. Hope this helps someone make a wise decision!

0 stars if possible. Never do they pick up the phone. It either sounds busy or it rings rings and rings only for them to pick up and hang up. This place is useless never can they help a patient out.
