Friendly staff, great cafe, and amazing equipment. This gym is very clean and has a lot of space inside. The machines are very good and i would recommend if you are local to the area!

My short time spent at this gym has been nothing short of mega! Great kit, great atmosphere and the staff.. top class with service (Ella is a legend) as well as helping out with training if/when needed. Sorry, never got chance to meet Anne but she was super helpful on the phone with directions, local parking info and squaring me a temp deal for my time here. Thanks a bunch to Chris of course for being a dude and always being a source of info/banter All the best and hopefully see you all again in the not too distant future! This gym is by far the most addictive and interesting gym I’ve had the pleasure of going too. The staff are friendly and polite. Motivating and genuinely nice. The equipment is excellent. I have been able to get more out of this gym due to the atmosphere and environment then any other gym I’ve been too. Five star all round.
One of the best gyms I have trained in, the staff are welcoming and will answer any questions you have. The gym has all top of the range equipment and a cafe which does great protein shakes and lovely healthy food. Whether it’s your first time in the gym or you have trained all your life you won’t feel out of place, this gyms atmosphere and friendliness is amazing .
Very welcoming and friendly gym. Huge selection of weights and machines. I've been a member of a few gyms and have never felt as at home as I do here. Staff are all knowledgeable and happy to help with anything. There is a nice cafe at the front which serves healthy but still tasty food too!
