This was the first experience i ever had leaving my children in a daycare facility and i am mortified. The staff consists of unexperienced young ladies with terrible attitudes running these classrooms. 20 to 30 students to 1 teacher. They have poor skills and do not know how to effectively redirect the children. They let the emotions get in the way and shouldn't be in charge of so many students. The facility is severely under staffed and should be closed if they can not find enough employees. They are literally going against their own policies. The center direct is really of no help. She herself has a bad attitude and makes parents feel uncomfortable. Also quite often my child gets hurt and i am not notified. A couple weeks ago i was told about an pretty dramatic injury the next day only after i asked if something happened. TUTOR TIME LOOK INTO THIS FACILITY

What an experience! Went to talk to the asst director about part time infant care as we will be needing day care for some days of the week only. She told us that they do offer part time care and price depends on how often child goes there. After filling out long paperworks for enrollment, the director then told us the we will be paying the full payment regardless of how many days spent!! So we just wasted our time that we could have spent looking for a better daycare!!!
I just called this place and spoken to the front desk what I dont understand they never closed even the hard time during covid 19 like WHAT!!! I was reconsidering this school but it just doesn't sink in my mind where there are no changes and they don't take precautions on this virus its like ok i take my daughter even though if the other children even get tested and come out negative there is a better chance the covid could be around remember people could carry the virus but have no symptoms and another thing how in gods earth your gonna have a mask on a toddler from 4-8 hours dont understand. I think I will pick up a job at home well done ladies well done if you never closed during the impact of the covid then money means alot to you my loved ones come first I wouldn't want to take my child under care for someone that doesn't care. I will never come to tutor time ever again and I am going to put my input with DES as well. My child means the world meaning there should of been a time to shut down and to sanitized the whole entire building you should of been a big role play and you failed as a daycare. You guys should realize that this community is very aware and very delicate at this time. I am so disappointed about this. Like you showed me as being a parent and a mother to my 2 year old. Basically telling me YOU DON'T CARE. I gotta report this. It angers me how you workers are there for the money so sick and tired of this non sense. Its that saying goes dont do to others if you do not want it to be done to you and you staff are doing just that. Well God and karma don't like ugly. You better start treating children and parents with dignity and respect PERIOD.?..... No i. Dont think i will be calling your team when there are far more great opportunities for my child to grow and be in a safe environment Have a blessed life
I removed my 2 daughters from this facility. Aside from maybe 2 employees the rest of the staff is very rude and unprofessional, including the director! They tend to pick and choose their favorite students and ignore the others. my oldest would come home crying because her instructor was mean to her over silly things and continuously harrased her.
I am giving this facility 3 stars because Ms. Leah was absolutely amazing. If she wasn’t in the infant room, it would have been less. Ms. Tameka, who works in the front desk, was also very nice, although at first, she can come across as harsh. Some of the other girls working in the infant room wouldn’t even talk to me when I dropped of my daughter. There were multiple times I would come in to a 1:7 ratio, which is against the law. I picked TutorTime because of its low 1:4 ratio and it was hardly ever met in the morning. They have a really cool app that you can see all the activity your baby does, but after the first week they stopped sending me pictures and a few times didn’t input her feedings. There were also several times that she came home in the wrong diaper size and would soil her clothes because of it. We were only there for a little over a month, but it was overall not the best experience. If it wasn’t for Ms. Leah, we would not have considered staying.
