Beware of Dr. Philip Koi and any appointments over the phone or WebEX. As a female, there’s NO female urologists in AZ and I talked to Dr. Koi on a WebEX. He was just completely lost. I told HIM what I thought was wrong with me, named five things I thought it could be and he entered in all the billing codes but never followed up with me or ordered any tests. Also I was told it would cost no more than 60 bucks, it was 213.00 and LUCKILY insurance covered most of it but in stuck paying 85.00 to tell the doctor what I THOUGHT was wrong with me- with no solution. Very disappointed and should’ve listened to the bad reviews but my doctor insisted I make an appointment and I’m sure he has no idea how awful this medical franchise is. 85.00 is a lot of money for absolutely nothing. Don’t get scammed and keep looking!!

I rate this office a 5 star. All personnel are very good. From the front office to the back office, and even billing! I was so frightened of the UNKNOWN when first coming into the Deer Valley office, but everyone was compassionate, accomodating, friendly and professional. I like this office Staff including Urologist!!

I have been seeing these Dr's in Mesa for over 5 yrs.. Always easy to talk with, they listen to your needs and they are able to schedule necessary procedures in a reasonable amount of time.The front office is also very helpful and understanding anytime needed. I would recommend this office to anyone with any level of Urological needs.
