Being a United States Marine, I have been known to have a higher level of expectancy then others, and I also don't do reviews. So, here's why I'm making an exception.. We had a recent death in the family and it occurred in Mexico, so the Death Certificate was in Spanish and had to be translated. I was unaware this was even an actual business, that what was given to us in Mexico would not be sufficient. Joe highly impressed me from the start. He never answered any of my questions because I didn't have any. His wealth of knowledge allowed him to walk me through the whole process alleviating the need for me to ask any. He promised me a completion date, but decided to deliver the day before, knowing we could do nothing until we had the translated version. He was in constant contact with me during the entire ordeal. I didn't realize how many choices one has for document translation, but you'd be a fool to go anywhere else. On a more personal note, Joe, your level of customer service is that which is rarely seen.
