Yes the customer service is impeccable to the max. Great response speed and they actually go in and help you with the best ideas for your brand, that was a lot of help also. Then they sent me a sample mock up product of the intended order , I received it and I loved it . Turn around order time of 10 days for all orders. Overall I would use them from now on.

This is my first time to order customized T-shirt and I really had no clue about how to place the order. The staffs are very friendly and the warehouse is nice & clean. The sales specialist Anita helped me a lot. She went through the proposal with me step by step. Anita helped me to finish my design & many other details, such the size of the small logo the font & colors. One of my logo print is really complicated and it requires lot of details to print it out. Anita also helped me to figure out about the size distribution & amount for my orders. The business owner even purchased two brand new machines to make it done right. I was so surprised for their work. Not like other shop in this industry, they don’t have a minimum order requirements so you can order just one shirt. Their price is very reasonable too. Very professional, responsible & friendly. I ended up with ordering 200 shirts from them for the first time business. Highly recommend! Will definitely do more business.
