Had to have a plexiglass pane made for a job that i had to complete after a car ran into the business and they did a great job of making the custom piece at a great price which made the customer very happy. Thank you Michaels Glass Company.

The staff was very helpful. They were able to answer all my questions. I enjoyed looking through their showroom. There was much to look at and be amazed by. They were able to do what I was looking for. I will definitely shop there again.
We broke a living room window and Darren from Michael's Glass came out to give us an estimate. He was nice and very professional and the job he offered to do was more thorough and less expensive than other companies we got estimates from. Dave just came to install the glass and did a great job. They are all professional and pleasant to work with and the window looks great. I am totally satisfied with Michael's Glass and highly recommend them. Now at least I have one totally clean window!
I reached out to Darren to get a quote for a project. I never received an answer back so I followed up two days later and he was “too busy to answer me”. To me, that’s unacceptable customer service. Could you imagine having a project in the pipeline and he’s too busy? So I called to see if he could point me the right directions since it’s not something we’re familiar with, and not only did he rush me off the phone, he hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
