I went to Wheels motorcycles to have an alarm fitted to my motorbike. There was an issue with the product they had in stock, so they provided me with a courtesy bike for the night and got a replacement alarm for next day AM delivery. There was also a demo day on showcasing the Zero motorcycles (electric bikes). They asked me if I would like to test ride some of the Zero bikes and also gave me a free bacon roll and coffee. Yes there was a minor hiccup, but I was well tended to by the aftersales manager and the rest of the staff during my visit. The manager also gave me a good discount on another upgrade I wanted fitted to my bike.

Visited as a biking noob and found all staff to be particularly helpful, especially Xiya who offered some excellent advice on all products and spent a lot of time with us. Excellent customer service, definitely returning soon... Edit: returned with a helmet issue and after receiving fantastic advice/service from Nic walked away very happy with a new perfect fit. Many thanks for your time, highly recommended.
