Authentic Tuscan cuisine in a perfectly situated setting. Frequented by locals, the service and atmosphere is without pretentions. The food was mostly excellent except for the fried items. Pollo, polenta, and friend vegetables were all too heavy and not nearly tasty enough to justify the calories. Everything else, from the bread to the biscuits and vin Santo where exceptional and the prices are a steal.

A very disappointing experience. The food was at its best average. The mixed salad was the same blend as the ones in the supermarket. The toscana fried meat and vegetables was dry and overcooked - it all tasted the same: dough and salt.

Tipica trattoria Toscana \alla buona\ ma di sostanza, bello il locale stile vecchio casale e buono il pranzo, bistecca e baccalà con chianti della casa sfuso. Simpaticissima la cameriera, da tenere in considerazione

Posto caratteristico e un buon primo, e qui finiscono i pregi, potrei parlare delle bottiglie (acqua/vino) non proprio limpide, così come il resto, ma questo lo inserisco tra le \caratteristiche\ del locale. Quel che non è piaciuto sono i secondi, abbiamo preso due fritture che erano veramente molto secche, bruciate sia nel colore che nel sapore, e quel che ancor di più ha dato fastidio, è che nel menù sulla lavagna vengono vendute ad un prezzo inferiore ai 20 euro l'una che ci sono state fatte pagare. Il totale di 75,00 non è in linea ne con quanto leggo dalle recensioni, né con quel che abbiamo mangiato..... Il dolce siamo andati a prenderlo in un altro locale in zona, quello si molto valido!!!
